"All of my younger life back in Poland, I have spent on gymnastics training. When growing up I was using gyms, participating in fitness classes and lots of other types of sport during my higher education at the Academy of Physical Education. Sport has been my way of relaxing and keeping fit.
For many years I was a part of the Polish National tumbling team, representing my country in European Championships and the World Cup.
I have been working as a fitness instructor for over 19 years. I am a highly-skilled Sports Coach specializing in Gymnastics-Acrobatic training, providing motivational, inspiring leadership to all clients. I have both devised and delivered personalized training programmes, with energy and enthusiasm, to optimize engagement and success with all my clients.
After sustaining a back injury in 2015, I took up Yoga and Pilates as a way of helping control the pain and strengthen the muscles in my core and posterior chain. I had to give up all the faster paced activities like jumping aerobics, long-running, squash and tennis in a bid not to damage my back further by rotation. So l learnt to accept that low impact movement would be my 'fitness friend' from then.
I now specialize in group Pilates, Yoga Trapeze, Gravity Yoga, Stretching, Healthy Spine, Active Senior & Cancer Rehabilitation .I like working with children, teenagers and adults with special needs.
In year 2020 I was nominated by my clients for the 2020 Irish Fitness Industry Awards in the Best Pilates Class and Best Fitness Program categories. Unfortunately due to the Pandemic the awards ceremony was unable to take place in Dublin.
In year 2022 I start working as Move Move Cancer Rehabilitation Coordinator. In 2023 I decided to make a move and work for NHS as Exercise Professional in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Department, helping people to move better.
I'm a dedicated Fitness Instructor with extensive experience, incorporating fun into energetic exercise routines. My clients are my priority to ensure they achieve their fitness goals through motivational training, correct postural movements and ongoing support for continued positive results"
