We believe that training together doesn't have to be hard work, it can be fun and easy(well maybe not that easy at the times)! Our Metime Bootcamp is a fantastic option for those who want to tone up. This isn't a gruelling programme that will help you to lose a lot of weight - you'll generally burn somewhere between 250 and 400 calories during each session, depending on how much effort you put in. The focus is very much on toning! We will finish class with traditional stretches and core exercises that will leave your body lengthened and flexy. So it’s 2 in 1 approach. Workout your body and mind! You will get amazing workout (different levels available) and of course we will use some of our Pilates elements built in class that will leave you feeling amazing. 😉

Have you ever spent hours running on the treadmill and wondered, “Isn’t there a better way to lose weight?” It turns out — yes there is! Our Bootcamp workout is designed to deliver the best weight loss results, toning and feel good effect.

MeTime Studio believes that consistency will give you great results. So all you have to do is turn up!

Bootylicious bootcamp is great for anyone who wants to lose weight, as it is fantastic calorie burning workout which targets targeting those problem areas. It is also great for those who just generally want to get fit and raise their stamina with some aerobic exercise.

45 minutes will fly by even faster than you think because your mind and body are constantly stimulated with amazing, safe exercise program . 

MeTime Studio gives you platform where you can prove yourself that you can rise to any challenge and with varied workouts you will achieve your goals. Our classes are for beginners as well as for fitness enthusiasts. Everybody will be challenged within their limits in safe manner with well experienced fitness coaches. 

Pilates

Pilates exercises target the key postural muscles building strength from within creating a girdle of strength around the torso. Joseph Pilates called this the Powerhouse. The core centre of the body (the lower back and abdomen) are supported and strengthened, enabling the rest of the body to move freely. Pilates balances the body, creating both strength and length. With a focus on stabilizing muscles, your joints will become better supported decreasing the chance of injury.

We recommend Pilates exercises at least twice a week to notice the benefits. Our yoga classes are a great way to compliment the strength you build in Pilates with deep stretching.

With the new government guidelines if possible, please bring your own mat to use during classes.
