TUESDAYS 7PM SATURDAYS 8:30AM Trim'n'Tone class offers a structured, low-impact class combining Pilates fundamentals with light exercises to support a strong, flexible, and resilient body. Each class is adaptable to your experience level, helping you regain or enhance mobility while training mindfully. A balanced blend of technique and enjoyment ensures you stay motivated and supported throughout.

45 minutes workout is designed to fit busy lifestyle and it will fly by even faster than you think because your mind and body are constantly stimulated with amazing, safe exercise program .

Our classes are for beginners as well as for fitness enthusiasts. Everybody will be challenged within their limits in safe manner with well experienced fitness coaches.
